Digital Account Manager

Ogilvy Cyprus seeks to recruit a dynamic and experienced Digital Account Manager to join its team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing digital marketing initiatives for major local and global clients, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, results-driven campaigns.


Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute the overall digital marketing strategy for major local and global clients, ensuring seamless integration with 360 campaigns.
  • Oversee the planning, implementation, and optimization of digital marketing campaigns across diverse platforms, including but not limited to social media networks, search engine marketing platforms, search engine optimization strategies, display advertising networks, video platforms, email marketing platforms, and other relevant digital channels.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including creative, account management, and analytics, to develop integrated digital marketing strategies that align with and enhance 360 campaigns.
  • Track and analyze campaign performance metrics, provide insights and recommendations, and present reports to clients and agency leadership, demonstrating the impact of digital efforts on overall campaign success.
  • Manage relationships with key digital marketing vendors and platforms, negotiating contracts and ensuring optimal ROI, while aligning with the objectives of 360 campaigns.
  • Stay up to date with regulatory and legal requirements related to digital advertising and ensure compliance in all campaigns, while maintaining the integrity of 360 initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, communications, or a related field. A master's degree would be an advantage.
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar position, with a proven track record of managing successful digital campaigns and driving business growth.
  • Strong managerial skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire.
  • Deep understanding of digital marketing strategies, technologies, and trends.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex digital concepts to clients and internal stakeholders, while collaborating seamlessly within a 360-campaign framework.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
